Before You Book

## POLICIES.

Clear expectations protect the time, the project, and the quality of the work.

01 / Deposit

#### Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. It goes toward the final tattoo cost. No appointment is confirmed until the deposit is received.

02 / Reschedule

#### 48-Hour Notice

You may reschedule one time only with at least 48 hours notice. With proper notice, the deposit transfers to the new date.

03 / Late Changes

#### Deposit Is Lost

Changes inside 48 hours, late cancellations, and no-shows result in loss of the deposit. Rebooking requires a new deposit.

04 / Arrival

#### Be On Time

Arrive on time and prepared. Significant lateness can reduce session time or cause the appointment to be canceled.

05 / Design

#### Trust the Process

Custom designs may be shown on the day of the appointment. The work is built around your concept, body flow, and the agreed creative direction.

06 / Age

#### 18+ Only

Clients must be 18 or older and bring valid government-issued identification to the appointment.
