Information you provide
We collect information you choose to submit, including contact details, tattoo ideas, reference images, appointment preferences, waiver responses, signatures, and identification uploaded for verification. If you explicitly opt in to marketing, we also record that choice.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review requests, communicate with clients, coordinate consultations and appointments, provide tattoo services, maintain business records, send service-related messages, and protect the studio and its clients. Marketing messages are sent only when a client has explicitly opted in.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, store protected records, and deliver email. They process information for these purposes on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Identification and sensitive records
Identification files, health disclosures, waiver records, and signatures are available only through protected staff access. Please do not send sensitive medical or identity information through a general inquiry form.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as reasonably needed for client service, legal, safety, and business purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use access controls and protected storage intended to limit unauthorized access.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing through the link in a marketing email. Service messages about an active request or appointment may still be sent. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information, contact booking.kiddo54@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept where permitted or required by law.
