Consultation requests
Submitting a form starts a request for review. It does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, availability, a consultation, or a tattoo appointment. A date or time is reserved only after the studio or artist confirms it directly.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only images or materials you have the right to share. You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo in California and will be asked to provide valid identification.
Artwork and website content
Website text, branding, photographs, and artwork are owned by Tattoo Nerds, the credited artist, or their respective licensors. You may view them for personal reference, but may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
Artist policies and services
Deposits, rescheduling, cancellations, design changes, touch-ups, and appointment requirements are governed by the policies provided for the relevant artist or service. Those policies may be presented before payment or confirmation.
